Hi, I'm Suze. I'm originally from the U.K. and moved to New York with my husband and daughter Eliza in February 2016. I also have another baby girl on the way, due in August!
Sport and exercise have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I rowed at national level in the U.K. for 10 years, having fallen in love with the sport at University. I love training outdoors and the uplifting communities of amazing women that I have met over the years through sports and classes like Mom in Balance.
Before moving to the U.S., I worked in marketing at Penguin Random House, for authors including Lee Child, Sophie Kinsella and Paula Hawkins' The Girl on the Train.
After having my first baby back in the U.K., I was totally unprepared for how my body would feel in the weeks after giving birth. I found an outdoor class for new mums and it transformed my confidence and happiness, as well as strength and fitness.
When I discovered Mom in Balance in Central Park, early in my second pregnancy, I immediately fell in love with the classes and feel so much fitter and better prepared this time round! I started my training to become a Mom in Balance trainer when I was 6 months pregnant and am excited to join the inspiring Mom in Balance team!
I am grateful for the opportunity to help you build your fitness, strength and confidence during this amazing time in your life.
