Mom in Balance inspired me to enjoy working out outdoors all year long, even as a mom! There is nothing more fun and rewarding than working out in the park, together with a group of fellow mothers. Sharing stories with this mix of international women, all with their own hectic and interesting lives, has been inspiring.
 
The Mom in Balance trainers are awesome and experienced. The great outdoor workout provides a perfect mix of cardio and weights, using only the weight of your own body and maybe that of your fellow mom in shaper!
There is professional attention for pregnancy (and post pregnancy) related issues, with specialized workouts for every stage of fitness and focussing on solving physical troubles, like pelvic floor weakness.
