If you are travelling with your family it is not always easy to keep up with your workout routine. We will help you with that!
Check out this short and very energetic High Intensity workout you can do anywhere without equipment! You give it all for 20 seconds (or 30 seconds if you are advanced), have a break of 10 sec and give it all again. Until you have done all 10 exercises! And then you repeat.....
Do it at least 3 times a week or maybe every day :) ? Do the routine 1 time on the days that you want to exercise in the first week. In week 2 you will do the routine 2 times in a row. In week 3, it will take you about 15 minutes each time as you will do it 3 times in a row. etc. up until 5 or 6 times in a row!! Go for it!
