We all know that it can be quite a challenge to combine children, work, friends and a full agenda. Our mission is to help as many (soon-to-be) moms as possible feel physically strong and full of energy, so they can make the right decisions and enjoy motherhood combined with their ambitions and goals.
We offer outdoor workouts for pregnant women, postpartum recovery workouts and an intense HIIT workout for all mom's who like to train outdoors in a group of like-minded women! We train outside all year round, because we strongly believe, that the combination of being close to Nature, training outdoors and exercise has so many benefits for the mental wellbeing in a fastpaced city like NY!
Our workouts are safe, fun but still challenging and they will increase your fitness level for a stronger pregnancy and a better postpartum recovery. The classes are quite small so that our experienced trainers can keep a close eye on every participant. We have ten years of experience and you will find us in 12 countries around the world!
