Our Pregnant workouts are suitable for all pregnant women. The workouts are designed for your pregnant body and have been developed in cooperation with gynaecologists and pelvic floor specialists. You will always train under the guidance of a professional trainer, so that you can work on improving your physical fitness and strength in a responsible way.

The fee is paid upfront, by bank transfer.
You choose your favorite workout time but you can always easily choose another workout that week via our own Mom in Balance App. That way we offer you all the flexibility you need in your busy life!
The workouts can be started at any time during your pregnancy and all you need to do is let us know when you want to stop training before giving birth. Our experience is that most women train until the very end of their pregnancy!
