I just wanted to let you guys know how happy I am with Mom in Balance. Because of the workouts, I had a wonderful pregnancy and was much more fit than before. Training outdoors under supervision once a week motivated me to work out on my own an additional once or twice a week. I recovered much faster after this pregnancy than I did after my first when I hadn't done Mom in Balance. The workouts focus on the positive and you are not treated as a sick person. And I no longer find it annoying to workout in the rain. Thanks to the training, I am much stronger.

As a result of "Mom-in-Shaping" twice a week outside in the fresh air, I feel strong and energetic -both physically and mentally. The extremely motivating trainers and the lessons they come up with make it easy for me to make time for the workout each week. Working out with a group of women, on a Saturday morning at the crack of dawn is a godly start to the weekend! And because we are also doing strength exercises, including the upper body, I no longer have neck and shoulder pain like I did before when I only focused on cardio exercises. And that despite the fact that I sit behind a computer four days a week! Totally great!
The story of Moniek
The birth went incredibly smoothly and only lasted 6 hours, despite the fact that our girl weighed 4100 grams. The Mom in Balance workouts absolutely played a part, allowing my body to get the job done! We are both doing well and are now happily getting to know each other at home.

"After having my daughter 8 months ago I decided not to spend money again on that expensive gym membership which will not be used anyway. Being used to training different things I was this time looking for something that would involve spending time outside and this is also what I love most about the Mom in Balance classes. It's energizing, uplifting and inspiring to train outside in the fresh air (even in pouring rain!) together with a bunch of other moms/moms to be. The exercises are demanding enough, well thought out and can be adapted to your own fitness level. Above all, it's great fun and great people!"
