Workouts during the Autumn break!

Please have a look at our schedule during the Autumn break starting the 5th of October until the 18th of October Of course we keep on training! Just some small adjustments by combining some groups.

As a lot of our members are travelling during the Autumn break we have adjusted some workouts by combining them with others.

Please have a look and use your personal page to let us know if you are not coming! (forgot your login, please send an e-mail to info@mominbalance.ch )

If your regular workout is NOT mentioned below everything will be the same!

- Monday the 12th of October NO Kilchberg workout. Please choose one of our other workouts to make up for this one

- Thursday the 8th of October ZUG , the pregnant / back in shape group and the Mom in shape group will be combined at 19.15 (so only ONE workout at 19.15) 

- Tuesday the 13th and Wednesday the 14th the BAAR workouts will be combined on Tuesday the 13th at 9.15. So NO workout Wednesday the 14th in Baar

- Thursday the 15th of October NO Zollikon workout, Make up for this one any time in Zürich Enge (or any other location) that week or any other time
