A great routine for your summer Holidays

Holidays are already coming up!

Of course we will still train during the Summer (check out the Holiday schedule here), but if you are travelling it is not always easy to keep up with your Workout routine. We will help you with that!

Check out this short and very energetic home routine! You give it all for 20 seconds, have a break of 10 sec and give it all again. Until you have done all 10 exercises! And then you repeat.....

Do it at least 3 times a week or maybe every day :) ? Do the routine 1 time on the days that you want to exercise in the first week. In week 2 you will do the routine 2 times in a row. In week 3, it will take you about 15 minutes each time as you will do it 3 times in a row. Etc. Up until 6 times in a row!!
The last week of August we will be doing it together in the Mom in Shape workouts: 6 times and you can do that!!
