Want to start the weekend full of energy? While the little one is having some time alone with his / her daddy YOU can have some time for yourself and come to our workout!
Every Saturday morning we work out at 8.30 in the Schützenmattpark in Basel. The workout will be for all Moms (to-be) and our trainers will make sure you will get exactly the type of workout you need!
On Monday evening we train at 19.00 , again for all moms (to be) and on Wednesday evening 19.00 we train Back in Shape / Mom in Shape.
