Sportlov planning and "Bring a friend"



Hello ladies,

For many of you sportlov is starting tonight! I hope you will all have a wonderful vacation with your family and friends. For those of you staying in Stockholm, we are looking forward to continue working out with you!

Sportlov Planning 
Since many will be on vacation, we have altered the planning for week 9.

We will have the following workouts:

  • Monday Feb 27th at 9.00 Mom in Shape Ösby Park
  • Monday Feb 27th at 10.00 Pregnant/Back in Shape Ösby Park
  • Tuesday 11.45 Business Workout T-Centralen
  • Saturday 9.00 Mom in Shape Djursholm Beach
  • Sunday 9.00 Pregnant/Back in Shape
Missing a workout? Cancel workout in app!
If you are not here next week and missing a workout, please cancel your workout in the Mom in Balance app. This way you will receive a credit to catch up a workout at a later moment in time.
Bring a Friend in March 
Training together is much for fun! Motivate your friends to come try out one of our workouts for free! Then, if they decide to become a member you will receive a Mom in Balance sports t-shirt or a pink exercise band. 

New trainer
We are happy to announce that Johanna Salén has joined the Mom in Balance Stockholm Team!
Johanna's biggest passion is finding balance, being inspired and inspiring others to achieve a healthier lifestyle. She is looking forward to meeting you all and help you achieve your goals!
