Mom in Balance App

As most of you know we have a special Mom in Balance App. You can read below how to download it and what it can be used for.

Not able to join a scheduled workout? Please cancel your workout via the App! 
Please cancel your workout via the app, so we can make sure we have enough exercise bands and add more trainers if needed. You will receive a credit for your missed workout so that you can catch up at another time. You can save a maximum of four credits, which you can use within your membership.

The App also gives you the possibility to sign-up for other workourts in Humlegården, Bromma and Danderyd. 

How can you access the App?
Download the brand new Mom in Balance MEMBER app from the AppStore or Google Play Store and get the best out of your workouts! NB: There is also a TRAINER app so download the correct version.
Log in with your email address and date of birth and check if your workouts are registered correctly. If not, please inform us via and we will correct it for you!
What can you do with the App?

  • Workout at home by using the online workout video’s. 
  • Easily sign in or out for your workouts
  • See who have also signed up for your workout
  • Receive credits for workouts which you have signed out for (applicable only when you train once a week)
  • Introduce yourself to your team with a photo, life motto etc
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest news about your workouts (activate your push notifications)
