I started when my baby was about a year old and bits of me still felt like I had just given birth! My trainer helped me strengthen those important muscles and now I can join in with all the cardio and strength exercises without any problems. 

Mom in Balance workouts are the first I’ve done that make it feel worth getting up and out to do them – I always feel better afterwards and my muscles benefit from each and every class. Our trainer makes sure we get as much out of each class as possible and I can see and feel the effects.  I like that if you miss a session, you can just join in with another one in the same week or take two the next.

I'm now 40+ weeks and can't say that I have any aches and pains (which I attribute to Mom in Balance!) It feels like a huge difference from my first pregnancy when my back hurt all the time. I think building up the right muscles in a way that has supported the weight of my belly has made a huge difference. I started in my first trimester and have loved training with Mom in Balance throughout my pregnancy! All the trainers have their own wonderful and energetic styles, and the training always leaves me in a good mood. Even In not so perfect weather, it's something about just being outside. All the trainers has been very caring and supportive, checking in on me throughout the pregnancy and doing a great job of not only training us, but encouraging and building a community among all of us who are training. I'm looking forward to trying out the back in shape workouts once the baby is born, but can highly recommend Mom in Balance Stockholm for anyone who is pregnant!

Working out has unfortunately never played a central part of my life.  But after showing up for a trial for Mum in Shape, I was hooked.  I began working out with Mom in Balance and the group, and started from scratch - I was very out of shape.  But I felt completely at east under the trainers supervision and encouragement.  It is invigorating to exercise outside - in all kinds of weather - with a bunch of other mothers.  It is a very inclusive, encouraging and energizing environment, which leaves you feeling great about yourself.  And on top of that, you get to spend an hour with some terrific women!

Working out with Mom in Balance is fantastic! It gives me a lot of enery & joy. This was exactely the kind of workout I was looking for: outside, working with your own body and in a group with great moms. I really like the combination of workout- cardio, strength upper/ lower body and my favorite "the plank". In Sweden we are used to all kinds of weather and this is great to do all year around, even in the snow with your hat & glovs on. 

It is such a wonderful coaches, very supportive, positive and gets the best out of everybody. I always look forward to go and I feel even better afterwards!! I do like those crazy Froggy jumps, let your legs work..

I like to train with Mom in Balance cause it suits my situation right now. Jag can run over in 3 min after my husband arrived home and have a workout with awesome moms. The trainers is personal, responsive and motivational. It is wonderful to train outdoor, you get so much energy.

 love working out with MiB because it's great to have trainers that make sure you are doing the exercises right, I'm not a natural workout sort of gal so it's good to have someone telling me if I'm getting it wrong, plus it feels good to be outside getting fresh air. People say I look well, all I know is that I certainly feel more energized and stronger since I began training.

I like training with Mom in Balance because you are outside. My son sleeps in the stroller.
The training is very individual and I feel that I’m getting stronger and have more energy since I joined Mom in Balance. Now I look forward to Run Tolvanloppet in May!

At first the think i really liked was to have a physical activity to do during my parental leave. I needed to strengthen my body after the pregnancy. Now that i do the workout after working I look forward to seeing all the strong women and working out outdoors make me happy.

I think the training is great in many ways! It feels varied and all-round, but most of all the training really feels adapt to the post partum body, and that is important for me who had two closed pregnancys. I like that it is outdoor, it feels good both for me and my baby. The workout is really fun and I feel cared for and seen. Now I´m starting to see results from the training and that makes it easier to continue!
