It doesn't matter how fit (or not!) you are, the training is adapted to suit everyone which is brilliant.... no judgement, just inclusion and encouragement.

I started when my baby was about a year old and bits of me still felt like I had just given birth! My trainer helped me strengthen those important muscles and now I can join in with all the cardio and strength exercises without any problems.
Mom in Balance workouts are the first I’ve done that make it feel worth getting up and out to do them – I always feel better afterwards and my muscles benefit from each and every class. Our trainer makes sure we get as much out of each class as possible and I can see and feel the effects. I like that if you miss a session, you can just join in with another one in the same week or take two the next.
Working out with Mom in Balance is fantastic! It gives me a lot of enery & joy. This was exactely the kind of workout I was looking for: outside, working with your own body and in a group with great moms. I really like the combination of workout- cardio, strength upper/ lower body and my favorite "the plank". In Sweden we are used to all kinds of weather and this is great to do all year around, even in the snow with your hat & glovs on.
It is such a wonderful coaches, very supportive, positive and gets the best out of everybody. I always look forward to go and I feel even better afterwards!! I do like those crazy Froggy jumps, let your legs work..
At first the think i really liked was to have a physical activity to do during my parental leave. I needed to strengthen my body after the pregnancy. Now that i do the workout after working I look forward to seeing all the strong women and working out outdoors make me happy.I find it relieving that it's an all women's group
I think the training is great in many ways! It feels varied and all-round, but most of all the training really feels adapt to the post partum body, and that is important for me who had two closed pregnancys. I like that it is outdoor, it feels good both for me and my baby. The workout is really fun and I feel cared for and seen. Now I´m starting to see results from the training and that makes it easier to continue!
