There are 3 types of workouts:

Pregnant for a fit and active pregnancy

Back in Shape for a quick recovery after delivery (you can start 6 weeks after giving birth)

Mpower for all women who want to challenge themselves and feel strong and energetic 

Select your membership or trial session

All our memberships are for a minimum of 3 months and will be prepaid, except for the flex card that is valid for 4 months.
