Time to get back in shape! With our Back in Shape recovery workouts, you take the first step towards an active recovery of your body.
Hooray, some time for yourself! With the Back in Shape workouts, you can start exercising six weeks after giving birth*. Work out with other mothers in your neighbourhood and get back in shape with our challenging workouts in the fresh air. We ensure that you will feel strong and energetic again, exactly what you need as a mom of a newborn!
Always exercise under professional supervision
The workout is developed in collaboration with the best gynaecologists and pelvic floor therapists. Our trainers are experts, internally trained and ensure that you always exercise responsibly. Our Back in Shape workout is suitable for all women, regardless of your sports background or condition. During the training, there is always room for your personal needs and wishes.
*Check your midwife or gynaecologist if you can (gently) work on an active recovery of your body and
your condition again.
