I love sports in general and believe that alternation and challenging your body in different ways is the way to go. I combine strength training with high intensity workouts, running and yoga. But also love tennis, swimming, skiing and wake-/snowboarden.
Everyday is a good day to workout. It gives me energy, makes me physically and mentally stronger, reduces stress, clears you mind and is just super fun (and insanely heathy!).
