Thanks for a great workout! Already sore (why did I move to a house with stairs?!) and I imagine tomorrow will be worse, but very happy I got to exercise again! Loved the location and the down-to-earth, enthusiastic way of teaching. On to the next one!

I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Mom in Balance for the excellent support and training you provided to me during the Pregnancy workouts. I felt really strong and fit ahead of the birth, which I put down to all the squatting and moves you pushed me through in our classes!

Yes! I really enjoy being back :-) The workout with Lou is really good and challenging. After each class I feel so full of energy. Is good fun!

I love Mom in Balance! The instructors are fun and  knowledgeable. The work outs make you feel great, it's a fab way to meet other mums and have a little bit of time for yourself. All the exercises have different options so you can work at the level you feel comfortable.
