RECIPE | ENERGY BARS WITH NUTS, SEEDS, DATES AND APRICOTS

Can you use some energy? Then make these delicious homemade energy bars. Keep in the fridge and you always have a tasty snack at hand!

NEED (for 7 bars)
~ 50 grams of dried apricots (cut into small pieces)
~ 30 grams of raisins
~ 75 grams of dates (pitted and cut into pieces)
~ 25 grams of pumpkin seeds
~ 25 grams of almonds
~ 10 grams of chia seeds
~ 25 grams of pecans
~ 25 grams of coconut grater
~ 1 tsp coarse sea salt
~ 30 grams of tahini
~ 25 grams of almond butter
~ 30 grams of honey
~ 50 ml coconut oil

TO DO
Place the dry ingredients in a food processor or blender and turn on briefly. Not too long, so that the result remains a bit "crunchy". Spoon the mixture into a bowl and add the tahini, almond butter and honey. Mix well until you have a smooth, sticky dough. Heat the coconut oil au bain-marie and add it last to the dough. Stir well again and spoon the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Cut into strips, wrap in paper and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
