Oat raisin cookies

NEED (for 10 cookies) 

~ 100 g buckwheat flour
~ 125 ml of melted coconut oil
~ 1 tl tartar baking powder
~ 1 tl baking soda
~ 2 tsp cinnamon
~ 1 tsp vanilla extract
~ pinch of salt
~ 1 egg
~ 50 g of coconut blossom sugar
~ 50 g oatmeal
~ 50 g raisins
~ 30 g of dried cranberries 


Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Mix the buckwheat flour in a bowl with the tartar baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt. Mix the melted coconut oil in a different bowl with the egg and the coconut blossom sugar. Add the mixture with the coconut oil to the bowl with dry ingredients and mix to a smooth mixture. Then add the oatmeal, raisins and cranberries to the dough. Make cookies on the baking tray with a tablespoon. Bake the cookies in 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side).
