Because of the coronavirus we all have to stay home until the 4th of May. This means that we cannot yet enter the parks to exercise together. Of course we would now like to have spring break trained with you outside the coming weeks! Despite that, we are really overwhelmed by your enthusiasm to train live from the garden or living room. We are so proud that so many members participate at home.

We're in it together
Within your subscription we offer new livestream workouts every day. There are also dozens of workouts in the Member App that you can schedule at your own time. This will keep you fit (and happy!) And we will continue to inspire you in the coming weeks to stick to your sports routine. Our entire team is at your service!

Are you participating? Check the Member App for the live stream workout schedules! Every week there are no fewer than 14 workouts at the times you are used to from us.

But we have more!
In addition to the livestream workouts, we also have new workouts for at home! For Pregnant, Back in Shape and Mpower, there is a new total body workout in which you train your entire body in just 7 minutes. Stay in your sports routine and repeat this workout every day. Do you want more challenge? Then do the workouts 2 to 3 times in a row.

Want to keep moving with your children? How fun! We have also thought of that. In the Member App you will find a Family workout for the whole family.
