OAT BARS FROM THE OVEN WITH FRUIT AND NUTS 

COOKING TIME:
10 minutes
OVEN TIME:
30 minutes 


NEED (for 8 bars)
~ 100 g oatmeal
~ 50 g hazelnuts
~ 25 g pumpkin seeds
~ 100 g raisins
~ 100 g dates, seedless
~ 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
~ 2 tsp vanilla extract
~ 30 g of butter
~ 2 el honey 


TO DO

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Puree the oats, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dates, cinnamon and the vanilla extract in the food processor into a rough substance.

    2. Melt the butter, add with the honey to the food processor, puree together.

    3. Spoon the batter evenly into the mold. Place the oven dish in the middle of the oven and bake until golden brown for about 30 minutes.

    4. Allow the slice to cool and then cut into strips. Keep the bars in a closed container.
