MIB Talk: How to best deal with stress in these uncertain times?

This Saturday 20th February at 10.30h we have invited Chara Berk, one of our members and a Certified TRE®️ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) practicioner for a presentation about: How to best deal with stress in these uncertain times.

The talk will be in English and will last around 40 minutes. It is for Members and Non Members. Members can find the link to the zoom call in the app, Non members can send an e-mail to info@mominbalance.pt and we will send you the link.

During this presentation we will look at:

- What is stress?
- How to deal with stress in these uncertain times?
- How to build our resilience and balance? Daily practices and exercises.
- What is the stress release mechanism? A brief explanation of TRE®️ Tension Stress Releasing Exercises.

Chara Berk is a Certified TRE®️ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Practitioner. She comes from world of Performing Arts. She is curious and passionate about understanding human body and its connection to the environment.
