Just chill out! Mindfulness is a way of training your mind to concentrate on the present, to feel calm and improve your mental state. It is an excellent way to reduce stress so you can achieve more during the day. You learn to listen to your body, have some distance of your thoughts and emotions and you get to know your body better.
