Having children is tough. After putting my body twice through the massive changes and strains of pregnancy and childbirth, it was too easy to focus on my children and forget about myself. 6 years later and I felt like I was wearing a tired, weak and heavy body I no longer recognised. 
 
I started Mom in Balance 3 months ago and in a short time, I feel stronger, fitter and more in control. I even do squats in the loos at work - every little helps! I still hate burpees and can't do pushups but I feel stronger, straighter, more energised and better able to cope with parenthood. 
 
My body will always look like I have had children and that is how it should be, but I will no longer think of myself as weak or old. 
 
Every week, I spend an hour chatting with other mothers about our children and our lives whilst we work out. We have all shared this journey to motherhood and it is so wonderful to share the journey to taking back control of our bodies together. 
 
I would love to have another child one day and knowing that I am making such a strong foundation now for a healthier, more active pregnancy and a better recovery feels great.

I have always been very active in sports and wanted to stay in my pregnancy, but I was quickly disappointed by the conventionally offered pregnancy gymnastics courses - too boring, too little exercise and too small a space.

In the search for alternatives, I came across Mom in Balance (MIB), which immediately appealed to me: outdoor, motivated like-minded and workouts specially adapted to the needs of pregnant women. I immediately booked a trial workout and what should I say - I was really enthusiastic. Finally, after a long time, I have felt my body really well again - and that with the good conscience to have done everything right.
 
I feel very well at MIB, it offers me a very varied workout with a motivated trainer, who continually and individually takes care that we are only doing what is good and healthy in the current pregnancy phase.

Therefore, I can only recommend MIB to every mother who wants to do good for herself and the unborn child.

I find Mom in Balance a really great and unique initiative. I enjoy it every time to workout in nature and in the fresh air. The Back in Shape Workout helped me a lot to become fit again in a short time. Likewise, the book with tips for nutrition has helped me to reach the weight I had before my pregnancy in only 5 weeks. I also have the opportunity to meet many women and share experiences with them.

Mom in Balance is the perfect workout for all active moms (soon-to-be). Thanks to the weekly workouts in the fresh air I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and a fast and smooth birth!
I am starting with the Back in Shape Workout next week and I am looking forward to the great trainer, the various exercises and the freshly baked Moms!

I started with "Back in Shape" to get fit after my pregnancy. Now I'm training at "Mom in Shape".
The workout is very varied! All muscle groups are trained, even the ones that you often leave out yourself ;-)
The trainer is very dedicated and varies good between the different fitness levels of the Mamas. Here you can find many nice sports-loving moms. Between planks and pushups there is always time to chat and laugh. With Mom in Balance, I tank new energy every week and recharge my batteries. It's really great fun!

I have been participating in Mom in Balance for half a year now, and I can really say that I am much fitter now than when I started.
The trainer challenges you to give your best during the exercises. I like the combination of running and strength exercises.
The location at the Danube is great and it feels good to be outside. Besides it is nice to get to know the other "Moms in Balance".
