The workout is tailor-made for your pregnant body and developed in collaboration with the best gynaecologists and pelvic floor therapists. Our trainers are experts, internally trained and ensure that you always exercise responsibly.
During the workout, there is always room for your personal needs and wishes. You can start the Pregnancy workout from the beginning of your pregnancy and keep training with us until your due date. After giving birth, we help you to get Back in Shape so you can fully enjoy motherhood.
You can join the Pregnant workout for 1x per week or unlimited. Choose your membership:
Switch easily to our Back in Shape and Mpower workouts. Your memberships and payment will be automatically cancelled from your due date until 6 weeks after delivery. Are you advised by the obstetrician or gynaecologist to wait a while before exercising? Or do you want to wait a little longer? No problem, we will easily adjust the Back in Shape start date for you.
