‘I love to challenge and inspire other moms (to-be) to be the best version of themselves, so to be a trainer in Stockholm at Mom in Balance really suits me. I have a daughter of two and just had my second child, a little baby boy. I trained all the way until my due date and gave workouts until week 36. I´m confident that my training helped me to stay strong and energetic throughout my pregnancy. I love training and the fact that I was pregnant wasn´t going to stop me from doing that. That awesome feeling after a workout is even better when you are pregnant; the baby and I did a workout together! I can´t wait to get back into training and running, but first things first: building up a strong body from the inside out. I think it is important to have fun, and not to be afraid to challenge yourself.’
