NEED (for 11 pieces)
~ 6 eggs
~ 1 tsp paprika powder
~ 30 g spinach
~ 50 g goat feta
~ 2 tbsp basil leaves
1. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk. Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Finely chop spinach and basil leaves with a sharp knife. Stir into the egg mixture.
3. Divide the egg mixture over the muffin pan. Place the tin in the middle of the oven and bake the egg muffins for about 30 minutes or until they are tender. Check with a skewer whether the egg has set. Sprinkle the goat feta over cubes.
