Need

For 1 person:

~ 1 banana

~ 1 handful of spinach

~ 3 tablespoons quark

~ 1 tablespoon whey vanilla

~ 50 gr oatmeal

~ Your favorite fruit

 

To-do

  1. Put the banana, spinach, oatmeal and quark with the whey in the blender and blend completely.
  2. Top the bowl with all your favorite fruits and superfoods and enjoy!
