Recipe: Banana Sushi

This is really a party for you and your child to eat. The whole-grain wraps and fruit make it tasty and healthy! Ideal as a snack.

COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

NEED (for 2 servings)
~ 2 whole wheat wraps
~ 150 g of strawberries
~ 2 bananas
~ 2 tbsp grated coconut

TO DO
1. Prepare the wraps according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. Crush the strawberries on a plate with a fork. Place them evenly on the tortilla wraps.
3. Place the bananas on the wraps and roll-up. Cut the wraps into pieces and sprinkle the
grated coconut over it.
