Recipe | Banana caramel fudge

With this recipe, you will never want for another healthy and nutritious snack ever again! Always be sure to keep a few ready to eat, just in case you feel like having a snack.

NEED (6 cups)

~ 2 tbsp coconut oil
~ 65 g of almond paste
~ 65 g of peanut butter
~ 2 cups of date syrup
~ 2 bananas
~ pinch of sea salt
~ 2 tsp vanilla extract
~ 3 tbsp strawberry jam
~ 6 muffin moulds (silicone moulds work the easiest) 

TO DO Melt the coconut oil au bain-marie. Add the almond paste, peanut butter and date syrup. Stir well until you have a smooth mass. Prepare the bananas and add them, together with the sea salt. Stir well again. Fill the muffin moulds with half of the peanut butter mix. Now, put some strawberry jam on top and then fill with the rest of the peanut butter mix. Put the moulds in the freezer for at least 15 minutes and let them stiffen.
