RUN BABY RUN!
Would you like to start running or to improve your running skills? Running in the spring is wonderful; a great way to improve your fitness, explore the surroundings and catch the first rays of the sun.
As a member you have access to the Mom in Balance app, there you can find our running schedules. Are you in? Choose, click and print the 6-week schedule that suits you best. Let's do this!
~ Beginner? With schedule 1, at the end of the block, you can run 20 minutes consecutively.
~ Do you run hard now and then? With schedule 2 you can walk 30 minutes consecutively at the end of the block.
~ Do you want to be faster on 5km? With schedule 3 you can cover 5 km at the end of the block in a shorter time.
