Banana-oatmeal pancakes

YAY, pancakes! Who doesn't love that?!

Do you feel like a healthy breakfast, lunch or snack? How about one of our favourite recipes; Banana oatmeal pancakes? Healthy, easy to prepare and delicious at any time of the day! Warm or cold, perfect for working at home with or without kids. Drizzle with a little bit of honey and there you go, finger licking good! 

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

NEED (4 small pancakes)
~ 1 banana, mashed finely
~ 6 tbsp oatmeal
~ 2 eggs
~ 1 tsp honey
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ 1 pinch of salt

  

TO DO

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cook spoonfuls of the batter in a drop of oil in a pan set over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  3. Serve with a little honey and voila!
