WHAT IS SHE PERFORMANCE
SHE Performance is the support program for organisations in retaining female talent during and after the pregnancy by connecting and empowering them in their ambitions. The program provides a dashboard for managers to guide employees during and after pregnancy, with the aim of giving women the confidence to be an ambitious working mother. The SHE Performance program is specifically designed to maintain female talent within organisations worldwide. The program consists of three elements:
★ A personal dashboard and guidance tool for the manager with an overview of the entire pregnancy phase and the first year after childbirth
★ Weekly outdoor workouts with Mom in Balance or through the Vitality App
★ Be the Best You-coaching to find a right work-life balance
SHE stands for Strong, Healthy & Energetic. The program covers a period of 18 months; from the beginning of the pregnancy to 12 months after childbirth. This is the period in which there are most changes and where it is the biggest challenge to combine all interests, both private and work. The SHE Performance supports program provides many benefits to the employee as well as for the organisation: increased productivity, reduced absenteeism and higher employee loyalty.
