Mom in Balance is a great way to stay fit during pregnancy, all the way up to due date! The classes are outdoors and have a large variety of exercises each time which makes it a lot of fun! The trainers are very professional and will be able to tailor exercises to individual needs.
Moreover, joining MiB is a great opportunity to meet other moms (to be).

As a mother of three children 16, 11 and 9 years of age, am a physiotherapist and fitness is very close to my heart, both in theory and practical. Finding and joining Mom in Balance has been the best thing that happened to me, the level of skills, attention, caution and care is undeniably special. Training with Mom in Balance gives you that edge of safety and tailored focus to achieve ones goals.
The ability to train with moms to be, back in shape and moms in shape all together is also a major motivating factor as we are able to encourage one another at our different stages in fitness and expectations.The outdoor training is always a moment to look forward to as with fresh air enhances clean and sufficient oxygen and energy.

Dear readers,

A healthy life will bring healthy babies. In my work I try to promote healthy choices in all women. The women who are trying to get pregnant, are pregnant and who have delivered. The balance of a healthy diet with enough exercise is in my opinion the base for taking care of your body.

Mom in Balance enables you to do exercises fitting your needs and possibilities. Some might think it is harmful or scary to exercise during pregnancy but I can only say it is much more harmful to lead a sedentary life. The positive effect on your condition, glucose metabolism, energy and preparation for giving birth will become evident quickly.
