A healthy life will bring healthy babies. In my work I try to promote healthy choices in all women. The women who are trying to get pregnant, are pregnant and who have delivered. The balance of a healthy diet with enough exercise is in my opinion the base for taking care of your body.
Mom in Balance enables you to do exercises fitting your needs and possibilities. Some might think it is harmful or scary to exercise during pregnancy but I can only say it is much more harmful to lead a sedentary life. The positive effect on your condition, glucose metabolism, energy and preparation for giving birth will become evident quickly.
