An easy-to-make dish that is rich in protein and keeps your blood sugar level stable. In addition, nice that there are also vegetables in it. Children often find this a very tasty dish, either as breakfast, lunch or snack.

REQUIREMENTS: MUFFIN FORM WITH 12 CAVES, GREASE
NEED (for 11 pieces)
~ 6 eggs
~ 1 tsp paprika powder
~ 30 g spinach
~ 50 g goat feta
~ 2 tbsp basil leaves
1. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk. Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Finely chop spinach and basil leaves with a sharp knife. Stir into the egg mixture.
3. Spread the egg mixture over the muffin pan. Place the tin in the middle of the oven and bake the egg muffins for about 30 minutes or until they are tender. Check with a skewer whether the egg is solidified. Sprinkle the goat feta over cubes.
