NEW MPOWER HOME ROUTINE : TABATA

Are you ready for a new focus block? In October Tabata it is! Tabata is great to get a quick workout if you´re short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want to improve endurance and speed. So sweat, smile and repeat. TABATA, THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
- Do the Tabata 1-2 times a week in addition to the workout -
- In between training days should be a minimum rest of 1 day -
- Download the Tabata Timer-app for your phone -
- Build up: start with 1x the series and build up to 4x in a row -
- 1 minute of a break in between series -
- Warm-up: round of jogging or rope skipping for 5 minutes -
- Challenge yourself and listen to your body -
