Join Integrative Health Coach, Amina, and Mom in Balance trainer, Pauline, for a fun & healthy morning!

On Tuesday morning May 21st Integrative Health Coach Amina & Pauline organise a healthy morning from 9am-12pm. We start with an energising high intensity interval workout given by Mom in Balance. Mom in Balance trainer, Pauline, can adjust the workout to all fitness levels. After the workout Amina will give a nutrition talk about healthy food combinations that keep you glowing and energised the whole day. After the talk we will go into the kitchen to learn how to prepare the food and also eat it of course:-)! If you have any specific food questions please let us know in advance.
