MPower to stand strong and energetic in everyday life
Select your membership or trial session
Workouts are in small groups under personal guidance by certified trainers. Ideal to share experiences with other mothers (to be).
The initial subscription period for our regular (once a week) and unlimited membership is 3 months (read more about it in our Terms & Conditions).
