Motherhood presents us with unique challenges and often finding balance between family, work and me-time can be one of the trickier ones. In this workshop you will learn strategies on how to find balance mentally and physically. Bex Kelly from Mommy & Me Yoga Tokyo will show you breathing techniques that you can use throughout the day if you need that moment of a break. Julie Mangen and Tanja Kinnen from Mom in Balance Tokyo will explain about the benefits of incorporating a workout routine in your daily life.

About Bex Kelly from Mommy & Me Yoga Tokyo
Bex Kelly is a certified Pre & Post Natal Yoga instructor and Yogini mom of a wild 2 year old girl. She has been a yoga practitioner for 10 years. She is practiced in the areas of Yoga Philosophy, Asana, Alignment and Adjustment, Pranayama, Anatomy and Practical Teaching Methodology.
Mommy & Me Yoga Tokyo provides a safe and friendly space for mothers to practice Yoga with their babies alongside. The class focus is on areas that need stretching from lifting and carrying babies, building core strength and breathing.
Babies & toddlers are welcome from 3 months, up until around 3 years old. Ideal age is 3 months to 14 months. They can watch, play and interact with the other babies whilst Mum fits in as much Yoga as she can. Parents can leave their mats at any time to attend or feed their
child as they need and join in again when ready.
