We're back outdoors, albeit under more restricted measures!

We'll restart our outdoor workouts, with smaller groups and even more precautions!

We're happy to announce that we will restart our outdoor workouts under stricter precautions from next week on! 

With the recent announcement of the extension of Tokyo's State of Emergency, we have been carefully considering our obligations as individuals to limit the spread of CoronaVirus, as well as our commitment to keeping you all healthy and happy as members of the Mom in Balance community.

We have decided to recommence our outdoor workouts with the following guidelines in place:

  • Maximum of 5 participants per group
  • Participants need to be registered* for each class, please be diligent about signing in and out via the app.
  • Participants must keep social distance from each other (1.5 m) during the entire workout
  • Participants need to bring their own band, no sharing of equipment
  • Participants need to wear a mask upon arrival & departure of the workout, and optional throughout the workout.
  • Participants need to stay home with ANY symptoms and we recommend you take your temperature the morning of the workout
Our trainers will continue to bring disinfectant gel for the hands to be used before the workouts.

These are unique times, which demand a lot of flexibility and precaution from all of us, members and trainers alike.

online and/or outdoors!

As we should refrain from unnecessary outings after 7pm, we have currently put the Tuesday evening workout in Midtown on hold until the SOE is lifted.

Furthermore the "Coffee" part of our "Squat & Coffee" Workout on Friday in Midtown Hinokicho Park will also not take place during the SOE.
