Are you up for a fun challenge!? We certainly are and that's why we decided to join the TELL Tokyo Tower Climb on September 9th. It is a unique and fun event and on top has a charity focus. All the profits will benefit TELL, a mental health non-profit offering support and counseling, as the event mark the World Suicide Prevention Day.
If you are interested in joining our team send us an email or let us know at one of the workouts. You just have to pay your share of the registration fee and you will get one of our cool pink "Challenge Yourself" t-shirts. Sounds like a deal, no!? ;)
In the meanwhile we also created a special home routine for you to train specifically for the TELL Tokyo Tower Climb. Thank you Julie Mangen! ;) You can incorporate this lower body set in your workout at home and we will also integrate it in our workouts from mid August onwards!
