18.06.2019 - Our workouts will be continuing throughout July and August on a reduced workout schedule, including Arisugawa Park, Hiroo, Futako-Tamagawa and Yoyogi Park! Join us if you are in town and work up a sweat! ;)

As some of us might be prepping for summer holidays and looking forward to get a change of scenary while also seeing friends and family, we at Mom in Balance Tokyo stay on with our workouts throughout July and August! We will alter our schedule though to accomodate the holiday season and Tokyo summer heat that will start very soon.

If you are in Tokyo in July and August join us for a workout, stay fit and on top get the best tips and tricks on how to stay cool! ;)

  • Tuesdays - Arisugawa Park, Hiroo: Combo (MPower / Pregnant / Back in Shape): 09.30-10.30
  • Wednesdays - Futako Tamagawa: Combo (MPower / Pregnant / Back in Shape): 09.30-10.30
  • Fridays - Nakano Central Park: Pregnant / Back in Shape: 10.00-11.00 (Every other Friday) -           In Japanese
  • Saturdays - Yoyogi Park: Combo (MPower / Pregnant / Back in Shape): 09.00-10.00

We will be back with our regular workout schedule from Monday, September 2nd!
