Feeling up to try something new, experiment with your body balance, all while having a full body workout!? Curious?
Join us on Monday, March 16th from 09.30-10.30 in Komazawa Olympic Park for a session of yoga and acrobatics with our Mom in Balance trainer Nadja Schroeter. During this one hour workout session you will challenge your body in unexpected ways and discover a new feeling for your body balance. Through various exercises alone or with a partner you will try out different yoga elements and acrobatics elements and see what your body can do. A fun and unexpected way to train all the muscles in your body!
