Have you already heard of HIIT and Flow workouts, combining upbeat dynamic yoga movements and a High Intensity Intervall Training!? Curious in trying this new energising workout style combining the Mom in Balance signature HIIT workouts with flowing yoga elements?
Join us as Tanja Kinnen and Julie Mangen from Mom in Balance Tokyo join forces with Yoga Instructor Bex Kelly to offer you a fun and fluid workout in the rythym of your favourite music!
The event takes place on Wednesday, September 18th from 9.30-10.30 in Arisugawa Park.
Expect to move with music and get sweaty through a fun and energising workout! Yoga Instructor Bex Kelly will guide you through all the movements of the warm up and cool down, while Tanja Kinnen and Julie Mangen will make you sweat in a diverse and challenging HIIT session.
Trust your inner rhythym and join us for this special event. The workout does not require any prior knowledge or experience of Yoga, but is not recommended for pregnant and early postpartum women.

Location: Arisugawa Park (shade if possible)
Details: Participants need to bring their own mat & water (Water fountain for refills available on site)
Babysitting will be available as usual, with Carefinder @800¥ per child.
General outline: Warm Up, Flow Yoga, HIIT, Flow Yoga, Cool Down.
Target: MPower mums (not suggested for Pregnancy or early postpartum)
