The light rain forecasts didn't stop these ladies from coming to Yoyogi Park to enjoy an energetic workout. After a word of welcome by Mom in Balance Tokyo owner Pauline and Mom in Balance founder worldwide Esther the group kicked off with a warming up all together. Afterwards the group split in two. One group followed a Pregnant/ Back in Shape class, where the exercises focused on muscle strengthening and cardio fitness. The other group enjoyed a Mom in Shape class, a total body workout including abdominal muscles training. For the cooling down the group came together again to stretch and relax the muscles.
Many of the participants noted "The weather was actually great to workout!" Afterwards there was plenty of time to connect between the moms and future moms, to rehydrate and refuel with refreshments and home-made snacks.View our workouts
