Following the success of our HIIT & Flow workout back in 2019, we have decided to join forces again for another round!
Join Julie Mangen from Mom in Balance Tokyo and Yoga instructor Bex Kelly
get together for a fun and fluid workout in the rhythm of some relaxing, yet energising music.
The event takes place on Wednesday 21st April 09:30 - 10:30 in Arisugawa Park.
In order to keep our distances we'll only accept a maximum of 15 participants!
Wondering what a HIIT & Flow workout looks like!?
Expect upbeat dynamic, flowing yoga movements and a High Intensity Interval Training Mom in Balance style combined with music and get sweaty through a fun, energising and diverse workout! Trust your inner rhythm and join us for this special event. The workout does not require any prior knowledge or experience of Yoga, but is not recommended for pregnant and early postpartum women.

Please bring your own mat (let us know if you don't have one), keep your distances at all time, and wear a mask upon arrival & departure.
