After three pregnancies I felt it was time to get back in shape. I love that the training is outdoors and not in a sweaty gym. Although I have just started, I already feel more energetic and noticed I have become more muscular. The weekly training feels like it's my time off.
Mom in Balance is the perfect solution to stay fit during pregnancy and it is fun to train outdoors with other mom's to-be! I also like the social aspect of the workouts to meet other mom's to-be!
I love my workout every tuesday night under professional Guidance and next to the actual workout to get in contact with other mom's. Afterwards I always feel great!
