Are you ready for a new challenge and do you want to be part of an enthusiastic trainer team? Are you a born leader? And do you want to plan your own working hours? We would love to meet you!
The Mom in Balance sports program is specially designed for women who are pregnant, for a good recovery after birth and a good work-life balance. For our location in Frankfurt we are looking for a born leader who wants to contribute to the mission of Mom in Balance: helping moms (to-be) on a physically and mentally strong basis.
Your duties are focused on members and trainers. You are responsible for the member growth strategy, member administration and the recruitment of trainers. In addition, you initiate and organize local events in collaboration with the marketing team. As a location manager, your challenge is to manage all outdoor workouts in Frankfurt. You need to keep the overview and need the ability to switch quickly. You provide energy and team spirit within your trainers’ team. To be able to manage your trainer team properly, we believe it is important that you complete our internal trainer training and also provide workouts yourself.
